2 tablespoons almond milk (this can be varied)
2 tablespoons water (this can be varied)
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (mine tasted fine without it)
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) pumpkin
Splenda and cinnamon to taste
Mix all together in a blender!
